Return & Exchange Policies:

  1. Eligibility for Returns: 

    • Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
    • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact

     

  2. Process for Returns:

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    • Shipping costs for exchanges may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Refunds:  

    • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our criteria.
    • Once the item is returned, Chiaro Candles team will check its condition and issue a refund within 5 working days.

     

  4. Exchanges: Exchanges are possible within 7 days of receipt, as long as the item is not personalized or customized.

  5. Non-returnable Items: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
